Lost Ark Distilling loves to be involved in all community events. If you're hosting a big party, festival, or special occasion, we suggest you stock the bar with locally handcrafted whiskey and rum. Sometimes we can donate and other times we may be interested in paid sponsorships. Fill out the form below and our donations committee will review.

We kindly ask that you submit your donation request at least 30 days in advance. We also ask that you be as descriptive and thorough as possible, which will help our committee determine your needs and qualifications. Once submitted, the committee will review and respond within 5 business days.
WHO WE WILL CONSIDER SPONSORING
(BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Any community related charity that gives back directly to those in need
- Arts and culture programs/events
- Community service organizations
- Environmental causes/organizations
- Community programs/events
- Fundraising dinners
- Beer, Wine, or Spirits events & festivals
WHO WE WON’T CONSIDER SPONSORING:
- Private fundraisers whose mission does not directly help our community
- Political organizations/campaigns
- Religious activities
- Children’s groups
- Recreational Sports teams
- All donation requests must be submitted online - we will not accept requests via direct email or standard post.
- Once our sponsorship committee has made its decision, you will be notified via the email address you supplied.
- The organization hosting the event must provide all applicable licenses necessary to serve our products at their event.
